At Landsharx Lawn Care and Landscaping, our pricing structure is designed to be fair and flexible. Here’s how it works:

  1. Property Size: We tailor our prices based on the size of your property. Whether you have a cozy backyard or a sprawling estate, we take into account the square footage to ensure you receive a customized quote.

  2. Service Selection: The specific services you choose also influence the pricing. We offer individual prices for each service, allowing you to pick and choose based on your needs. Additionally, we provide seasonal packages that bundle essential services for comprehensive lawn care.

  3. Core Services: Most of our core services are listed on our website. However, certain specialized services—such as landscaping and construction—require personalized pricing. These customized quotes are based on factors like the scope of work and the features you select.

  4. Transparent Communication: When you come across a note to call or contact us for prices, don’t hesitate! Reach out to one of our team members, and we’ll discuss your project in detail. We believe in transparency, and our goal is to provide you with all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

  5. Fair Value and Great Customer Service: Whether you require us for a small one time service, such as mowing your lawn one time or a large landscaping project such as new deck, new fence, full landscaping etc. you will always get the best price, best quality and best service.
  6. Done Right, Done Safe, First and Every Time: We carry full Liability Insurance, all our crews are WCB covered and  receive the proper training and guidance to be able to deliver all services in the safe, respectful and professional manner. When you hire landSharx crew you do not have to worry about anything being left to the chance.

How to read this price list?

Starting in the Winter 2025/2026 season, we’ve simplified our snow removal prices. You can choose either monthly service or on-demand (per time) snow removal.

Next, select the level of coverage that’s right for you:

  • Basic: Covers the front entrance and sidewalk.

  • Enhanced: Includes the Basic coverage plus a two-car garage parking area.

  • Inclusive: Includes the Enhanced coverage plus your front or rear deck space.

Once you have chosen your package and features, simply fill in the rest of the quote, including your preferred date of service or the date of your first appointment, and we will do the rest.

We will call you back to arrange for payment and to confirm your appointment date. With LandSharx, your winter snow and ice woes are gone!
