• Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment.

• Additional work requested outside the original scope may result in extra charges.

• Written approval may be required before additional work is performed.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Failure to remit payment may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Late fees (if applicable)

• Collection action

All outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Scheduling and Weather

Certain services (including landscaping and snow removal) are weather-dependent. Landsharx is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather

• Equipment failure

• Supplier delays

• Events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property access

• Ensure pets are secured during service

• Remove personal items from work areas

• Disclose underground utilities prior to excavation or landscaping work

Landsharx is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed utilities or obstacles.

7. Warranties and Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality workmanship, services are provided without guarantees unless specifically stated in writing.

Landsharx is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of business or revenue

• Damages caused by pre-existing conditions

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property
